E-POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Presentation Format

  • Your presentation must be in POWERPOINT format (*.pptx recommended)
  • One single 16:9 landscape slide
  • Exclusively written in English, without audio.
  • We strongly recommend you prepare your E-Poster directly on the .pptx template.

Editorial Recommendations

  • Be careful to use a font size readable in full screen mode.
  • Please verify the resolution of your images before including them in the E-Poster. No pixelization should appear on the screen.
  • Animations in the content of the slide and other animated pictures are not allowed.
  • To avoid compatibility problems between Mac and PC, we strongly recommend you use basic fonts (Arial, Calibri).
  • The E – Poster should have the following headings :
    • E-POSTER TITLE with Presenter Name, Co Authors, Institute Name, City, State.
    • Introduction
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Tables & figures
    • No Animations
    • No word limit
* Presenting author must register and attend the conference.
